Applications in the prescribed format are invited from the intending qualified and competent candidates for the following posts in the Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology (DUIET), Dibrugarh University, which shall have to reach the undersigned on or before 06.07.2017

1. Department: Mechanical Engineering

Name of Post:  Sr. Instructor Post (Mechanical Engineering)

No of Posts: 01 (One)

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should not be below 18 years and should not exceed 38 years on 01.01.2017. Relaxation of the upper limit of age will be as per Rules.

Essential Qualification: 1st Class Diploma (03) years in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology from any Institute recognized by SCTE, Assam

The Scale of Pay (Salary): Rs.8000/-p.m. (consolidated)

Reservation: UR

Contractual/Permanent:  Contractual basis

2. Department: Electronics & Communication Engineering

Name of Post: Sr. Instructor Post (Electrical Engineering)

No of Posts: 01 (One)

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should not be below 18 years and should not exceed 38 years on 01.01.2017. Relaxation of the upper limit of age will be as per Rules.

Essential Qualification:  1st Class Diploma (03) years in the appropriate branch of Engineering & Technology from any Institute recognized by SCTE, Assam

How to Apply and Application Fee: The prescribed form for the above posts can be downloaded from the Dibrugarh University website www.dibru.ac.in  The application form must be submitted to the Assistant Registrar (Admen) i/c, D.U. along with all the necessary documents and Money Receipt/Demand Draft of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only, drawn in favor of the Registrar, Dibrugarh University payable at Punjab National Bank, Dibrugarh University Branch, (Code 994000) Dibrugarh

Note:

a) No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

b) The appointment will be purely on temporary basis and terminable at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
