Tezpur University Recruitment 2017 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Post:

A walk-in-interview will be held at 11.00 A.M on 28th June, 2017 (Wednesday) at the office of the Head, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Tezpur University for one (01) temporary position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the ITRA Media Lab Asia Research Project on “E-Varaha Information System for Safe Pork Production in North Eastern India” under Dr. Nityananda Sarma, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Tezpur University.

Essential Qualification: First class in M.E. /M. Tech. in CSE /IT or First class in B. Tech. /B.E. in CSE/IT, MCA having valid GATE/NET score.

Desirable: Sound knowledge in the areas of Android-based Application Development, Mobile and Wireless Communication Technology, Database Management, Image Processing and Machine Learning etc.

Remuneration (Scale of Pay/Salary): Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) per month plus HRA as admissible.

Duration: Two (02) years or till completion of the project or until further order, whichever is earlier?

Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. The upper age limit may be relaxed as per the Government of India Rules.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may appear before the interview board with original documents from 10th standard onwards and photocopies of mark sheets, certificates, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate, certificates of NET/GATE/BET or similar examination qualifications, any other testimonials and a copy of recent curriculum vitae (CV) on the day of interview.
