    1. Assistant Commissioner (Natural Resources Management/Rain fed Farming System) Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,

    Age: 40 yrs.

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A) EDUCATIONAL: Master’s Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture with Agronomy as a subject or Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science or Agricultural Extension or Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Botany or Botany or Forestry or Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
    (B) EXPERIENCE: Three years experience in the field of soil and water conservation or rain fed or integrated farming and soil survey or problem soil reclamation and or project formulation including agro-forestry projects in Central or State Government departments or Union territory Administrations or recognized research institution or councils or agricultural university or public sector undertakings or semi-Government or autonomous or statutory organization. DESIRABLE: Doctorate
    Degree in any of the Agricultural Disciplines mentioned under essential qualifications or Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university or institution.


    2.     (Vacancy No. 17030602225) One Scientific Officer (Microbiology),
    Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia Laboratory, Ghaziabad, Ministry of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoepathy (AYUSH)

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A) EDUCATIONAL: M.Sc. Degree in Microbiology of a recognized university or institute recognized by the Government.
    (B)EXPERIENCE: One year experience in microbiological research or standardization of Microbiological products used clinically.
    DESIRABLE: (i) Doctorate degree in the Microbial technology or industrial bio-technology or life science from a recognized university or institute. (ii) At least three publications in peer reviewed journals.



    3.     Stores Officer (Vacancy No. 17030603425) : 

    No of posts:  06 posts (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01, UR-03) in Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Department of Defence Research and Development, Ministry of Defence

    PAY SCALE : Rs.9,300- 34,800/- ( PB-2) + Rs. 4,600/- (Grade Pay). Group ‘B’ Gazette, General Central Service, Ministerial.

    Age: 30 yrs.

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A)EDUCATIONAL: Degree of a recognized university.

    (B) EXPERIENCE: 03 years experience in a Government or semi-Government organization or in a private concern of repute in indenting purchases maintenance of technical Stores or accounts. 


    4.     Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Gastroenterology) Vacancy No. 17030604125) : 

    No of posts:  08 posts (SC-02, ST-01, OBC-03, UR-02) in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare
    PAY SCALE: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- +N.P.A as admissible (Pre-Revised). Central Health Services, Group ‘A’ Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre.

    Age: 40 yrs.

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A) EDUCATIONAL: (I) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council
    Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-specialty mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Medical Gastroenterology); or Doctorate of Medicine (Gastroenterology); or Doctor of Medicine (Medicine)/Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Gastroenterology.
    (B) EXPERIENCE: At least three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after
    obtaining the first post graduate degree.


    5. Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Neonatology) (Vacancy No. 17030605125) : 

    No of posts:  02 posts (OBC-01 & UR-01) in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare

    PAY SCALE: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- +N.P.A as admissible (Pre-Revised). Central Health Services, Group ‘A’ Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre. Age: 40 yrs.

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification
    included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956).     QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A)          EDUCATIONAL: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post- Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-specialty mentioned in Section a of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Pharmacology); or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Doctor of Philosophy ( Medical Pharmacology); or Master of Science (Medical Pharmacology) with Doctor of Philosophy (Medical Pharmacology) ; or Master of Science (Medical Pharmacology) with Doctor of Science (Pharmacology).
    EXPERIENCE: At least three years’ Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.

    7.     Assistant Director (Vacancy No. 17030607425) : 

    No of posts:  02 posts (UR- 02) in  Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises

    (B) EXPERIRNCE: Three years experience in analysis of physical and financial performance of Public Enterprises, particularly in the fields of Management, Administration, Organization and Evaluation of Performance.



    8.     Labour Enforcement Officer (Central) (Vacancy No. 17030608425) : 
    No of posts:   33 posts  (SC-07,ST-01,OBC-08,UR-17) in Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour & Employment

    PAY SCALE : Rs.9300-34800 (PB-2) + Rs.4600/-(G.P) (pre-revised), Level 7 of 7th CPC. General Central Service, Group ‘B’, Gazette, Non-Ministerial. Age: 30 yrs.

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    EDUCATIONAL: (I) Degree in Commerce or Degree with Economics
    /Sociology/Social work as one of the subjects from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Law, Labour Relations, Labour Welfare, Labour Laws, Sociology, Commerce, Social work/Welfare, Business Administration, Personnel Management or any other allied subject relating to labour from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
    DESIRABLE: Experience in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare, Labour Relations or Personnel Management in an Industrial Organisation or a Government establishment.

    9.     Assistant Legislative Counsel (Telugu) (Vacancy No. 17030609225): 

    No of posts:  01 post UR-01) in Official Languages Wing, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice

    PAY SCALE: Level- 11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission. (Pre-revised PB-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 Plus
    Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-). General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazette, Non-
    Ministerial  
    Age: 40 yrs.

    QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

    (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i)
    Master’s degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign
    University approved by the Central Government; and (ii) should have been a member of State Judicial Service for a period of five years. Or should have held a post in the Legal Department of a State Government for five years; or should have been a Central
    Government Servant who has had experience in Legal Affairs for five years; or should have been a qualified legal practitioner* who has practiced as such for five years; or should have been a teacher of Law for five years in a recognized Institution; Or Should have five years’ experience of translation into Telugu Language of statutes, statutory
    rules and orders in the Central Government or State Government; Or Should have five years’ experience of drafting of statutes in the Central Government or State Government; OR (B) (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government; and (ii) Should have been a member of State Judicial Service for a period of seven years; Or Should have held a post in the Legal Department of a State Government for Seven years Or Should have been a Central Government Servant who has had experience in Legal Affairs for Seven years Or Should have been a qualified legal practitioner* who
    has practiced as such for Seven years Or Should have been a teacher of Law for Seven years in a recognized Institution Or Should have seven years’ experience of translation into Telugu Language of statutes, statutory rules and orders in the Central Government or the State Government; Or Should have Seven years’ experience of drafting of
    statutes in the Central Government or the State Government; (iii) Passed Secondary School Examination or any higher Examination from a recognized board or university or Institution through medium of Telugu Language or had offered Telugu as a subject in Secondary School Examination or any higher examination from a recognized board or
    university or any institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government. *The expression “Qualified Legal Practitioner” used in the Recruitment Rules in respect of the post of Assistant Legislative Counsel (Regional Languages) in Official Languages Wing, means a person who is an advocate or a pleader and has practiced as such for five years in case of Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) holder or seven years in case of Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) holder.
