Office of the Registrar Gauhati University, Guwahati – 781014 Applications on prescribed format are invited from the eligible Indian citizens for the following post in the population research center (PRC) Guwahati University (sponsored by Ministry of Health Family Welfare, Govt. of India)
Name of post: Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
No of posts: 1 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs.18278/- (Fixed) Per Month
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institution with adequate Computer knowledge.
Age: Should not be below 18 years & above 38 years on 01.01.2017
Nature of Post: Contractual, initially for a period o 1 (One) Year.

Application Fee & last Date: Candidates will be required to pay an amount of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred) only by Demand Draft in favor of the "Registrar, Gauhati University" payable at SBI, G.U. Branch as an application fee for the post. Completed applications in the prescribed form along with necessary enclosures must reach "The Registrar, Gauhati University, Guwahati-781014 latest by 10th April 2017 two copies of the application with all testimonials are needed to be submitted. The envelope containing the application form must indicate the name of the post & advertisement no.
