    MEGHALAYA PSC PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION LOWER LACHUMIERE: SHILLONG
    Notification for the Main Examination (MCS) Candidates who have qualified for the main written examination vide this notification No. MOSC/EX-C/64/2018-2019/1, date 5th October 2018 for the post of Meghalaya civil service junior grade will have to apply online w.e.f. 25th October 2018 in the prescribed format uploaded in the MPSC Website. The last date for applying online will be the 27th November 2018

    Payment of Application Fees
    Candidates who have been declared successful in the part A-Preliminary Examination to the post of MCS Junior Grade can use any of the following modes of payment only.
    (A) SBI Debit Cum. ATM Cards/Net Banking of only SBI Accounts.
    (B) e-Challan

    Payments via Debit cum. ATM card/Net – Banking:
    Debit sum. ATM cards/Net-Banking of only State Bank of India’s account holders are accepted for payment fees through this mode. Please select e-Payment (Interment Banking Including SBI Debit Card) and to select State Bank of India in the Meghalaya payment Portal page and proceed for payment.

    Cash Payment at Any Branch of SBI:
    Candidates who do not have an account with SBI may opt for cash payments at any of this branches of SBI. Or cash payments; please select payment across, Bank counter Fill in the required details, an e challan will be generated, take a printout of the e challan and make the required payment at any branch of SBI.
    Kindly note that an additional amount in the form of banks commission may be applied depending upon the mode of payment.
    The amount once deposited shall not be refundable or adjusted against any other purpose.

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    Applications are advised to apply well in advance without waiting for the closing date.
    Candidates are to submit in person a photocopy of all the documents relating to Educational qualification, age, community, No objection certificate (for those already in government service)
    Candidates must also submit one window envelope affixed with Rs.5/- postage stamp to the controller of examination in Room 17 MPSC horseshoe Building.
    Candidates are Informed that the optional subject cannot be changed once opted.
    Candidates are to refer to the syllabus in the MPSC website.
