East Coast Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC/ECoR) released new notification on their official website rrcbbs.org.in for the recruitment of 588 (five hundred eighty-eight) vacancies for Apprentice. Job seekers should register from 18th May 2017 and before 17th June 2017.
East Coast Railway - Vacancies Dilates:
Name of Post: Apprentice
Number of Posts: 588
Qualification: Candidates who wanted to participate for East Coast Railway Apprentice job should have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and also should possess the National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Age Limit: 15 to 24 years as on 17/06/2017 relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC
Selection Process: Selection will be on the basis of merit. The merit list will be prepared for the purpose on the basis of taking the average of Matriculation plus ITI (in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done) marks.
Fee charges: Applicants who wanted to participate for Apprentice vacancy should pay the below charges through Debit or Credit Card / Net Banking/e-wallets etc. SC/ST/PH/Women: Nil, Others: Rs. 100/- (Rupee one hundred only)
