The Hindustan Newsprint Limited (A Subsidiary of Hindustan Paper Corp. Ltd.) Newsprint Nagar P.O, Kottayam – 686 616, Publish a notification for recruitment Company Secretary post on Contract Basis for a period of one year initially. Eligible interested candidates are apply before 29^th July 2017 

The eligibility criterion for selection is as follows:

Name of the Post: Company Secretary

No of Vacancies: 01 (One)

Education Qualification: Degree and Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Preference will be given to candidates possessing Degree in Law.

Experience: Minimum 1 (One) year experience.

Remuneration (Salary): Consolidated payment of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
