Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced a notification for the filling-up 03 (three) post of Veterinary officer Group "A" (Gazetted) under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Government of Arunachal Pradesh carrying PB-3 Rs.15600-39,100/-PM Plus Grad Pay of Rs. 5400/- PM under pay band-3 and other allowances as admissible to Arunachal Pradesh Government. Employees from time to time, Out of 3 post, 2 (two) posts are reserved for APST candidate and 1 (one) post is unreserved. Vacancy position is subject to variation. 3. Age Limit:

A candidate must have attained 18 years of age and should not be more then 30 years as on 24.07.2017. However the upper age is relaxable by 5 (five) years in case APST candidate and another 5 (five) years for regular Government Servant of Arunachal Pradesh.

4. Education Qualification:

A candidate must possess bachelor Degree in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science from a recognized University.

However, final year student of Veterinary Science, who are to appear for such final examination shall be eligible to apply, provided that such candidate are required to submit bonafide certificate testifying their being in final year of the course / last semester Mark sheet issued by the University. Such candidates who are declared to have qualified by the Commission in the Written Competitive Examination will have to produce original Certificate/Mark sheets of their degree examination issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/vice chancellor of the concerned university which will only be accepted by the Commission on or before the date of Interview/Viva-voce. Without the original certificate/Mark sheet they shall not be allowed to appear in the Viva-voce

5. Method of Selection:

Eligible Candidates will be selected based on Written Exam and Viva-Voce Test to be conducted by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission at Itanager on the basis of which Selection will be finalized.

How to Apply:

Along with the duly filled-up format, candidates must enclose the following self-attested documents, otherwise the application will be rejected:

(I) 2 (two) copies of recent pass-port size photograpgs with self-attestation in the side of which 1 (one) photograph should be pasted on the space provided in the application form and another on the Attendance Sheet.

(II) Self-attested copies of Degree Certificates and Mark sheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/ Registrar / Controller of Examination / Vice Chancellor of the Concerned University as to ascertain Education Qualification.

(III) Final Year Candidate must enclose self-attested Bonafide Certificate/ Mark sheet

(IV) Self–attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Bord / University only will be accepted.

(v) Self-attested copy of Veterinary Council Registration Certificate from India / State Veterinary Council.

(VI) Self-Attested copy APST Certificate for APST candidates and Permanent Resident certificates (PRC) for others.

(VII) Enclose original copy of DD/IPO of Rs, 100/- for APST candidates and Rs, 130/- for others.

Rs. 100/- for APST and 130/- for other in the form of DD/IPO in favour of Secretary Arunachal Pradesh under Public Service Commission (PSC), Itanager.
