About Assam 12th Result 2017
Assam Higher Secondary Education Council is expected to release the result sometime in late May or early June. Assam Board Class 12th examinations commenced on the 20th day of February 2017 and concluded on 20th March. Assam Higher Secondary Education Council is to announce the Assam HS Result 2017. Last year, the result for Assam Board Class 12th examinations was announced on the 2nd day of June.
Introduction:
AHSEC, an acronym for Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, is the chief authority for administering and managing senior secondary examinations in the state of Assam. Besides conducting yearly senior secondary examinations, AHSEC is appointed to promote and regulate senior secondary education in the state. Each year, Assam Board class 12th students gaining a spot in the merit list are awarded prizes and scholarships provided by the AHSEC. The state education board is responsible for prescribing and selecting the course and supplementary textbooks for senior secondary education in the state of Assam. AHSEC has also the authority to provide affiliation to private schools in the state. The board schedules regular inspections for schools, both government and private, under its supervision and has the authority to withdraw recognition, in the case of any discrepancies.
ASHEC Class 12th examinations started on 16th February in 2015 and were summed up a month later on the 16th day of March. Assam 12th result was announced on 30th May in 2015. The same examinations were conducted in the months of February and March in 2014, followed by the result announcement on 30th May.
Steps to Check Assam Class 12 Results 2017:
As of now, no official Assam HS Result date is announced by AHSEC alias Assam Higher Secondary Education Council. The state education board conducted the examinations during the months of February and March. The official AHSEC Website has a dedicated section for Assam Board class 12th results. As soon as the board will reveal the result for Assam Class 12 examinations, the result will be uploaded on the official Website.
Assam HS Result 2017 will be released via both online and offline modes. Other than becoming available on the official Website, the result would be made available by other exams results Websites as well.
